Yogurt Driblets

When looking up healthy snack ideas, I found the easiest low-fat snack. Originally called frozen yogurt bites, we renamed them driblets because it seemed more fitting.

To make yogurt driblets you need a sandwich size Ziploc bag, low-fat yogurt (any flavor), scissors, a plate, and a freezer. Cut one of the corners of the sandwich bag off, then fill the bag with yogurt. Squeeze the yogurt through the hole and onto the plate. The yogurt drops should be about the size of a quarter.

Once there is no more yogurt in the bag, place the plate of yogurt drops into the freezer for an hour. After the hour is up, the yogurt driblets are ready to eat. These driblets are easy, filling, healthy, and have a fruity taste.
